Shipping
We ship all orders securely, and you can choose delivery to:
- Your home address
- A Pickup Point (you can select this on the ORDER CONFIRMATION page AFTER placing your order)
- An alternative address provided by you
How do we ship your order?
- Once your purchase is complete, you’ll see an order confirmation on our website. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided.
- When choosing the Pickup Point option, you'll be able to select which pickup point you'd like your order sent to on the ORDER CONFIRMATION page AFTER you've placed your order
- Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Depending on your order, your goods may be shipped in one or more parcels. We use strong boxes or bags to keep your order safe during transit.
- Shortly after we hand your package to the shipping courier, you’ll receive an email with shipping details. Please note that each email refers only to the package currently being sent.
- Delivery times vary depending on the postal services involved. Typically, delivery takes 2–5 business days. You can always track your orders in your order history.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are clearly displayed in your shopping cart and update automatically if you change product quantities.
- Shipping costs are always included in the total price shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
- VAT is included in the listed product prices, shown in full at checkout, and confirmed in your order email.

More Shipping info
Returns
If you are not satisfied with part or all of your order, you may return the products to us for a full refund of the returned items. To be eligible, you must notify us and ship the products back within 14 days. If we do not receive prior notice of your return, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are otherwise not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund.
I haven’t received an order or shipping confirmation email
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, it may be due to several reasons:
- First, check that the email address you provided during checkout is correct. If not, please update it as soon as possible; otherwise, confirmations will continue to be sent to the incorrect address.
- If you would like us to resend your confirmation, please email us at hello@caffinity.eu
- In some cases, the issue may be that your email account was inactive when we attempted to send the confirmation.
- It is also possible that our emails are being filtered into your Spam or Junk folder, so be sure to check there.
Can I change my delivery address?
You can update your address anytime by logging in to your account at caffinity.eu.
If you’ve already placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@caffinity.eu. While we will do our best to update the details, we cannot guarantee that the change can be made before your order is shipped. For this reason, please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.
What if I’m not at home when my delivery arrives?
If you're not at home at the time of the delivery and your order doesn’t fit in your mailbox, the delivery will either be:
- Attempted again at a later date.
- Or you’ll receive a notification by the courier with instructions on where and how to collect your package from the nearest service point.
Availability of Goods
If we do not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In some cases, your order may be shipped in partial deliveries, and you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided in your order.
Please note that while we always strive to provide the best possible service, stock is limited, especially for special offers, which are only available while supplies last. We update our website as quickly as possible to reflect current availability and minimize any inconvenience.
I have received the wrong or a damaged product
If the products you receive are incorrect, damaged, defective, or if the delivery is of the wrong quantity, you must notify us within 10 working days of receiving your order by emailing hello@caffinty.eu
- If you mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we cannot provide a replacement or refund.
- If the issue is not due to your error, we will promptly send you a replacement product.
- If your package arrives damaged, you must report the damage immediately upon delivery by submitting a claim with the courier.
- Please note that caffinity.eu is not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by circumstances beyond our control.
